Puget Sound Envelope offers envelope manufacturing through our sister company Champion Envelope. With our diverse converting equipment, we can produce just about every type of envelope.

Whether you require regular, specialty, invitation, or shipping envelopes, we offer a range of choices. Commercial, booklet, catalog, announcement, and remittance envelopes are available in a wide variety of paper stocks. From mini to super size envelopes, we can convert catalog envelopes from as small as 2-1/4 x 3-3/4 up to 13 x 18 and many sizes of booklets and catalogs in between.

We offer an extensive spectrum of envelopes including credit card sleeves, CD mailers, expansion, translucent and tyvek.

Perhaps you desire custom windows and positions. Or maybe poly, acetate or glassine window patches. Do you require custom inside tints, full bleeds or solid floods? If you prefer self-sealing envelopes, we have latex (press and seal) or kleenstick (peel and seal) available for your convenience.

Folding, gumming, scoring, and perforating, are easy for us. Multiple windows, creative perforations, or special inks are also available.
